Always a help, doctors and reception staff....out their depth with the amount of folk they have to deal with daily .....should be bigger building more staff etc
This place is a shambles never experienced anything like the service from this surgery ,if i phone for urgent appointments they want to give you appointment for 3 weeks later.Now I know why all the doctors are vacating this place...
I went to see about a problem I have in my right abdominal area over two moths ago. I found the process of being referred to a specialist very difficult and not well understood. It took a lot of too-ing and fro-ing and meanwhile my condition was getting worse. The practice responded well once I flagged up my concern.
If I could give no stars I would! This is not my usual surgery. I have had to attend for midwife appointments etc. The staff are rude and incompetent. Tried to contact them several times to confirm appointment time just to be hung up on, no explanation, nothing. When I showed up the receptionist said my appointment was nothing to do with her and to take a seat. The place is far from busy. I'm sure they could have attempted to contact someone or advise me how to. RUDE and disrespectful! There is a reason they hide behind glass panels!
I have always found reception staff pleasant and helpful, not their fault that it's difficult to get an appointment, they don't make the rules ..
