Bedroom was dusty not properly cleaned for some time. The dirt behind the radiators has been there years, that bad even took a photo of them ! Noisy air conditioning unit outside bedroom window, view was of a flat roof and A/C unit. Lack of staff long wait for food. The food was very good. For the prices charged very poor value certainly not worth 4 star rating. Looking at our room card we had been moved to a substandard room as had already been complained about.
We had a gift voucher from our son and daughter in law for high tea what a pleasant experience the waitress made us feel so welcome nothing was a bother the food was lovely freshly made the cakes were a treat
Lovely place. Was here for a dear friends funeral. We were all looked after food was lovely. The staff lovely great service

Free parking and next to the main road but far enough away so you can't hear it. Looks tidy and well looked after on the inside. Even noticed an electronic car charger in the car park. The staff were very helpful and all the good was nice enough. Nice place.
