Food soaked in sauce & arrived cold. Will go to Polmont or BOG next time for a proper chippy.

Took a hour and a half to get 2 fish suppers delivered to grangemouth. Kept phoning to ask where they were. When they arrived they were cold, had to microwave them. The batter was really strange. Felt embarrassed giving them to guests at my house.
