I recently purchased from Mercedes Arnold Clark Grangemouth. Im extremely impressed with the whole service. I was lucky to deal with Kevin Drinkell whom I found to be very helpful, informative and in no way pushy! Great experience all round right down to the tea and biscuits provided to amuse my sons whilst I was test driving. Following the purchase of my car I noticed a scratch, being a used car I thought it was just tough luck! However, I mentioned to Kevin who handed me over to Blair and the valeting team. Within a couple of hours the car was like new condition with no sign left of the scratch. This part of the service included Mercedes staff transporting me to and from work while my car was being repaired. These extras contributed to nothing short of a first class service!! I would highly recommend Mercedes Grangemouth and the team for excellent customer service.
Bought my car here from Hans the product consultant, he was very straight up and honest about the sale. Also he was not pushy about figures and was more interested in what I needed within the car, Hans also told me about all the features on my car and he was very knowledgeable. His patter was second to none. A very well presented gentleman with a very cheery personality. I would like to say thank you to the managers Grant and David for coming down to thank me for my business and to ask how the sale had went..(100%) I would recommend anyone to buy a car from this branch as the staff here are a fantastic bunch. My buying experience was superb and was stress free from the beginning. They have a great selection of cars and a great team that have the knowledge and understanding of your needs at heart.
