Great service and selection of cars. I've never turned up at a dealership (especially one I've not heard of) and got a car the first day of shopping but I did here. Bryan listened to what we wanted and took us to the cars that suited our needs and didn't push us into buying something we didn't want. Steve sorted the finance and was fun to deal with. Had a good family feel to the place and a play area which kept my daughter amused during the boring bits. The rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming even bringing me water out to the carlot. Very good at showing me all the features of the car and connected my phone. Love our new car and we will be back. Highly recommend x
5 star service start to finish ! Couldnt be more pleased with professionalism of the whole team that got involved in getting us our new motor! No hard sales no hidden costs, just an honest straightforward service from friendly and competent staff. I have already recommended the Grangemouth branch to all our friends and will be definitely coming back when its time to get an upgrade!They also have great hot chocolate and a wee play area for the little ones so that you can do what you came in for.
Highly impressed with this relatively new Scottish branch. Car was brought up from England for me (for a charge) and the salesman Craig was brilliant. We arrived before lunch and post a lovely lunch in 'Cooks' next door we were heading home in our new car by 3pm. Definitely a garage I would use again.
