It took two and a half hours to buy a used car from a salesman that thought he was a stand up comedian, and when I picked it up it had two flat tyres ( 9 and 9.5 psi ), no mats and a blow from the exhaust.Now Im recovered from surgery I Have used the car and the exhaust is considerably worse, engine management light is on as it needs a camshaft censor, and more significantly he blatantly lied when I asked TWICE if the car had been fully serviced by them as I have a photo showing a half full dipstick coated in thick black oil.I will in due course take this matter further but frankly I would strongly deter anyone buying from this franchise dealer.

I really couldnt recommend highly enough. My experience of dealing with the Falkirk branch was exactly what I wanted. An easily arranged test drive, polite and informative sales person (Chris Cairns), no harassment to buy when I took a few days to think about it and a manager who was prepared to engage in some negotiation. Delighted with the service, the staff and the car. Couldnt have asked for anything more.
